Permission: PLAY

Show today's top scorers, ranked 1–10. Append a multiple of 10 to page through results: @topday20 shows ranks 11–20, @topday30 shows ranks 21–30, etc.

Each entry is rank. nick - points (correct), where the number in parentheses is how many questions that player answered correctly in the period. The line opens with a period header (TODAY's Top 10:), which becomes a range header when paging (TODAY's Top 11-20:).
